Excellent

We had a very good time at the hotel, the bed and pillows are very conformable. Very nice staff and the rooms are very clean and have plenty of space.

Breakfasts was not as expected, very few variety and the hotel is bit far from the beach, approx. 17 min walking, but not such a big inconvenience.

Very Good

Location is good. The shuttle offered to go the nearby beaches is very good and helpful. Good breakfast. There is space enough on the rooms.

My husband wasn't doing good, I asked for a simples first aid tool kit. Unfortunately, I was told the resort doesn't have anything like that available for guests. Very disappointing and annoying. I strongly recommend to the administration of this resort to consider having a First Aid tool kit available for any emergency.

BIRTHDAY WEEKEND

The staff were friendly and even went ahead to surprise me with a wedding cake. The facility was also better than what I had initially seen in the photos.

Great room but a bit far.

Great room, bed and all clean. Wi-Fi worked well. Staff very helpful, semi-private pool very clean and convenient, great bathroom (which is rare in Phuket).

Location is not very good: 15-20 minutes from the beach and not very close to the restaurants. I dont recommend to stay if: a) you travelling alone b) you want to go out for dinner or walk by the beach after 17:00 ( the last shuttle to the beach area). Also, the breakfast does not have cheese, ham, bread variety or cakes, it is more real food (pasta, chicken etc)

despite of some disappointments, the friendliness has made up our relaxed holiday.

pool acess, room is spacious Very friendly staff Manageress is very nice.

It didn't have a sauna as it advertised. disappointed because that was the main reason we chose the resort. the Resort needs a bit of maintenance and upgrades..

A nice place for a few days to explore kata.

The resort is close to kata Center and to Kata and Karon beach . They have a free transfer to these 2 beaches . The breakfast is very plenty with many choices . Nice pool both at private places and the public .

We couldn’t communicate with the staff because they didn’t understand English . The gym was dirty and some stuff didn’t work properly. I think this resort needs a renovation . The curtains were dirty and the a/c was either too hot or too cold u couldn’t manage a medium temperature .

Wonderful

We liked that from our terrace we could get straight into the pool. Air conditioner was very good, also the shuttle service to the beach. Food was delicious.

It is a bit far from the beach.

Overall the stay was good. Overall hotel is clean. Short distance walk to restaurants and massage

The room and bed is quite big than expected. Pool is very nice to stay cool on hot weather. Buffet breakfast was quite nice. Even hotel restaurant is good and cheap. You can do room service and enjoy in room or pool. The hotel provide free shuttle to beaches and can pick you up on your request too.

I didn’t get the room that I requested for though the other rooms I desire looks like empty. We ordered dinner in room but after room service the dirty dishes was outside the room for 3 days.

An enjoyable and relaxing stay - can certainly recommend the hotel

Great, attentive staff - breakfast that caters for both Eastern and Western tastes - location nice and calm, yet at a short walking distance from Kata beach.

Exceptional

The staff always went the extra mile for us! They are the biggest value of this hotel, especially the ones working at the reception! Thank you for everything, you made everything to let us have a great holiday.

The only thing that was not perfect was the A/C system, it was working perfectly but was a little bit noisey. Nothing dramatic, but in future you could find some more silent ones...

Exceptional

Nothing was too much trouble for anyone. The staff are all wonderful and looked after us so well. We were greeted with cool towels and welcome drinks on arrival and they were happy to store our bags until our room was ready. The rooms were spotless, clean and had everything you needed. The gardens and walk ways are kept spotless too. On our departure they stored our bags and we were able to use the facilities all day and had use of a bathroom to freshen up and change before we left.

Very Good

The pool is stunning and breakfast facilities were good although took a while to clean up tables from before. Staff so friendly!

We had room service a couple of times but would take 24-48 hours to collect dirty plates. We left them outside the room and would still be there next day. Food was lovely though. We stayed a week and although maids were good at making up room we felt bathroom could have done with.a deeper clean. Started to smell after a while.
